The tale "In Memory of Catalonia" was published by George Orwell in 1939. In it, he spoke of the intentions of the Russians to seize power in Spain. In 1945, he wrote a satire on the Russian Revolution – the... fable "Animal Farm", and his last book became the novel "1984", a dystopia that depicts a totalitarian society with fear and anger.
The writer dreamed that one day his books would reach Russia and open people's eyes. During the author's lifetime, this was not destined to happen. Only decades later were manuscripts translated, typewritten, and passed from hand to hand. The self-published texts astounded, frightened, and inspired. Many years later, Orwell's texts would be in every bookstore, and the first typewritten translations would become bibliographic rarities. These are what made up this collection. Read carefully.
