Chinese Language for Kids

The main idea of this manual is to illuminate the playful methods of teaching the Chinese language to children aged one and a half to six years, share pedagogical developments and secrets for successful teaching of Chinese to the youngest students, as well as to show ways to create interesting visual aids for use in lessons. In addition to three chapters describing games, tasks, and methods of teaching Chinese to toddlers of different age groups, the book also offers recommendations for organizing physical activity breaks during classes, conducting competitions related to traditional holidays in China, and provides tips for successfully teaching children to read and write in Chinese. At the end of the last chapter, lesson plans are provided.
