Attention! This is an expansion. You will need the base version of "War Thunder: Siege" to play.

A new campaign on heroic defense unfolds in the very same city that you defended before… After successfully completing the mission and obtaining a reprieve from enemy attacks, the city has been rebuilt, with a new research center that will come in very handy. Now you have access to many new tactics!

The enemy has mustered forces, received support from the Italians and Japanese, and is coming at you, using new types of weapons and equipment: expect attacks from maneuverable light tanks, new siege strategies, and beware of new prototypes of technology, for example, the "Leopard 1" – your enemy has become much cleverer, faster, and stronger!

Survive the new attack and defend the Motherland for the second time!

About the expansion:
"War Thunder: Siege. Wunderwaffe" is an expansion for the base game that expands capabilities, offering more diversity in gameplay, more threats, and more defensive opportunities. Some components replace the original ones; for example, new enemies replace the old ones. Enemies from the expansion have unique movement patterns and increased characteristics. Enemies from the Luftwaffe are invulnerable to tank attacks, artillery, and anti-tank hedgehogs.

An absolutely new element is the research center deck, with which you can utilize the most modern weaponry, such as missile and napalm attacks.

Another new element and mechanic is fire tokens. Now buildings, equipment, and fortifications can catch fire and receive additional damage. And when accumulating several tokens, a building can be destroyed instantly!

Despite the overall increase in game complexity with this expansion, it offers you various types of rules for both beginners and advanced players, so you will easily find something suitable for your level!

About "War Thunder: Siege"
"War Thunder: Siege" is an unusual cooperative board game for 1-6 players, inspired by the popular video game of the same name, set during World War II.

The gameplay revolves around the rare genre of "tower defense"; however, here you will be defending an entire city, demonstrating exceptional tactical talents. The main goal of the game is to preserve your base at all costs and by any means necessary. All players share the same objective, so everyone loses together if the city falls.

During the game, the city is attacked by various enemy equipment that not only moves in various ways but also operates across different fronts. Players will have to join forces, carefully monitor the enemy, devise strategies, and make the most effective moves.

Each front is divided into sectors such as rear, air front, artillery front, tank front, and at the very center of the map is the city that you must defend. As the game progresses, all participants will need to decide which enemy units to strike and when exactly, where to build fortifications, and where it's better to slow down the enemies and gain some time. This is a very team-oriented game, as you and your comrades will have to discuss all your moves and decisions together, exchange cards, and develop a common defense plan. When the enemy reaches the city, they can destroy buildings. If you lose all six – the city will be lost, and the game, consequently, will be lost.

The game includes special rules "Shoulder to Shoulder," "Field Marshal" (with a player who plays against the defenders). It also has a solo mode where you can attempt to withstand the siege alone.

The game can end in one of two cases:

In the first case, the game ends when the last building in the defended city is destroyed by the enemy. All participants of the party lose.
In the second case, the game ends if there are no enemy tokens left in reserve, and all enemies on the fields are destroyed. All participants of the party win!
Moreover, if desired, you can determine the absolute champion in case of a general victory. When players win, each counts the sum of points from their trophies (tokens of the enemies they have destroyed). The player with the highest number of victory points is considered to have contributed the most to the overall victory and is declared the champion! This simply allows the most effective and lucky player to be identified, as well as to brag a little to friends. In the special rules "Shoulder to Shoulder," the counting of such points is absent, so there won't even be this slight competition in the game.
