Marina Ivanovna Tsvetaeva (1892–1941) – a great Russian poet, prose writer, and translator. Tsvetaeva entered literature at the turn of the century, in a troubled and tumultuous time. Like many poets of her generation, she experienced a sense of the world's tragedy. The conflict with time proved inevitable for her. She lived by the principle of being true to herself. The creativity of Marina Tsvetaeva became an outstanding and original phenomenon in both the culture of the Silver Age and the entire history of Russian literature. Thanks to her, Russian poetry received a new direction in the self-revelation of the female soul with its tragic contradictions. The book includes poems by M.
