The new edition of the world-famous book by Elena Molokhovets "Gift for Young Hostesses, or A Means to Reduce Household Expenses", in 2 designs.
The structure of the book remains the same, but many recipes have been clarified and commented on.... All the main chapters—relevant culinary classics—are preserved: first and second courses, cold appetizers, sauces, salads, baked goods, and desserts. Notes have been added to explain rarely used words and certain terms, along with advice on what can be used as a substitute for various rare products or kitchen utensils in our time. Several inaccuracies that crept into the original text have been corrected, and a number of points that could cause misunderstanding have been explained. We hope this edition makes the book clearer and the recipes more accessible for cooking.
