In the game "Little Empires. Samurai" you will take on the role of a daimyo — the lords of the great houses of feudal Japan. Each daimyo strives to conquer as much territory as possible and go down in history... as the most powerful emperor. To achieve this, you will recruit armies of samurai and move them across provinces to gain influence; harvest crops to sustain armies and enhance your actions; attack opponents to capture provinces; and build castles to secure your positions. At the end of each round, you will evaluate your influence and receive victory points. The strategic significance of provinces will vary in different games — this is influenced by the participants themselves, who choose province cards to focus on at the beginning of the round.
