Poisonous Season

Lilo has lived her entire life on a small isolated island, surrounded on one side by a poisonous lake and on the other by a bloodthirsty Forest, where all living things die, thus protecting the inhabitants from outsiders. But no... matter how much Lilo loves her people, she finds it hard to accept the thought that her younger brother is destined for exile. However, if magic vital to the island arises in him, he will be able to avoid this fate. One day, Lilo saves a young man who almost drowned in the lake. That day she made a choice that separated her from her family. This meeting could lead to irreparable consequences for both Lilo and the outsider Jaren. But as the attraction between them grows, the girl realizes that the greatest danger lies not in the lake.
