The Wind in the Willows

The fairy tale "The Wind in the Willows" (1908) by English writer Kenneth Grahame (1859-1932) has long become a classic of world children's literature. The amusing and instructive adventures of four friends — Mole, Badger, Rat, and Toad — against the backdrop of poetic scenes of English nature have found their ardent admirers among Russian readers, including many adults. The book features a cycle of illustrations by young Moscow artist Ksenia Alexeeva.
