In the Jungle of the Brain. How the Feldenkrais Method Works in Practice

Thousands of people have regained health and uncovered sensory awareness thanks to the Feldenkrais method. By combining the physical and the mental, the doctor developed a system that allows a person to assess themselves and their movement habits from the... outside, identify problem areas, and work on them, sequentially teaching the body to move correctly and painlessly.
