Stories and novellas are published in two books: «Drowning in Sin» and «Return to Leave». The works included in these collections were started by the author back in the 1970s - from the first years of his work in law... enforcement - as well as those created in recent years. Before you is a portrait of a multifaceted era. Its backdrop, in particular, has become the incredible expanses and shores that the echo of the demise of the great Soviet Empire has cast upon the Russian people, - from the fictional southern Russian city of Likhomansk to the very real boulevards of Paris. But through it, one can see how rapidly our life changed in recent years, how people changed, their ideas of good and evil, what is allowable and what is not, what is forgiven and what is never forgiven...
