The Gurukniga presents a comprehensive approach to conducting a Vipassana retreat. A comfortable practice schedule (maximum of 4 hours of meditation per day) is supplemented by several techniques that allow for a deep immersion in the process and help to fully master the skill of meditation in a short time. Special attention is paid to nutrition. It is selected with consideration of the profound knowledge of Ayurveda about the influence of foods on consciousness, helps the physical body, and facilitates work in meditations.
