This edition is a translation into Russian of the work by the English astrologer Thomas Henry Dalton (1855–1895), who wrote under the pseudonym Thomas Henry Burgoyne. The translation was done by the Russian esotericist and popularizer of spiritual science Vladimir... Nikolaevich Zapryagaev and was first published in 1906.
The book contains extremely important information on basic occultism and astrology.
