Card Game Irrational Beliefs. Cognitive-Associative Cards

The formulation of the irrational belief is placed on a colored background and is seemingly enclosed in a frame, symbolically denoting a limited «framed judgment». The reverse side contains a constructive phrase in the form of an unfinished sentence and is white in all categories.
In each category, there is an empty card. If the client cannot find a formulation of the irrational belief that resonates with his situation or does not like such a formulation, he can formulate his negative belief and write it on the empty card. The same manipulation is performed with the problem-solving option.
The cards «Working with Irrational Beliefs» due to their playful, eco-friendly form, will allow:
• to identify irrational beliefs within oneself;
• to recognize the negative impact of beliefs on emotions;
• to achieve emotional well-being;
• to learn rational and constructive behavior for oneself in different areas of life.
