Sapphire Tales

The tales of one of the most popular European writers of the 19th century, Božena Němcová, are well known to everyone. They have been adapted multiple times in the Czech Republic and the Soviet Union. The cult film Three Nuts for Cinderella was based on these tales. Sapphire Tales tell of the feats and heroism of princes and young nobles. In order to save their loved ones and win the heart of their beloved, they are ready to fight dragons, wild beasts, witches, and even entire enemy armies. But in the end, all villains are defeated, and all heroes live happily ever after. The book was illustrated by the diploma winner of the All-Russian competition Image of the Book, Anna Khopt.
