Calypso

A man's body has been found in a villa in the suburbs of Oslo. According to the expert examination, the remains belong to a person who died twenty years ago during a military operation, and the owner of the mansion,... an old widow, has vanished without a trace. Soon after, a second corpse is discovered on the other side of the city. The body of the unknown shows signs of brutal torture. Chief Inspector Fredrik Beyer is convinced that these murders are connected, but someone is persistently trying to obstruct the investigation and muddle the cards. The detective is once again forced to search for evidence not only in the present but also in the past.
