Rushing towards a dream! In the seaside town of Portorosso, legends about sea monsters have long been circulating — the most dangerous creatures that inhabit the ocean floor. The thing is, few realize that these "monsters" are just like us: they live with their families, work, make friends, and feel fear. And they also dream of scooters!
