Rushing towards a dream! In the seaside town of Portorosso, legends about sea monsters have long been circulating — the most dangerous creatures that inhabit the ocean floor. The thing is, few realize that these "monsters" are just like us:... they live with their families, work, make friends, and feel fear. And they also dream of scooters! Well, at least Luca and Alberto do, as for the others, we don't know.
