The Elephant and Moth. Fables

Krylov's fables are a classic of Russian literature. It is especially important for the younger generation to begin their acquaintance with them through a book created with love and a deep understanding of the beauty of domestic culture.
The illustrations in the book are made by Alexei Mikhailovich Laptev, a Soviet graphic artist known for his drawings for the works of N. V. Gogol and N. A. Nekrasov and for N. Nosov's book "The Adventures of Dunno and His Friends." The artist's works are held in many regional museums and private collections in Russia and abroad.
