The Secret of the Ancient Order

Emmy Willick is 12 years old; she lives with her mother, a well-known parenting specialist, who catastrophically lacks time for Emmy herself. And mom sends Emmy to the closed boarding school Wellsworth… in Britain, to another country! Before leaving, the girl finds an antique metal box in the attic with unusual medallions covered in mysterious symbols. They belonged to her father, who disappeared nine years ago. Emmy takes the box with the medallions to her new school. When Emmy discovers the same symbols on the walls of the school, she starts an investigation and finds out that her father's disappearance is somehow connected to this place. However, Emmy could never have imagined that now deadly danger looms over her too!
