The famous novel by the English writer Daniel Defoe (1660–1731) was first published 300 years ago. But surprisingly, the extraordinary adventures of Robinson Crusoe, who by chance found himself on a deserted island, still captivate young romantics. The life of the sailor is full of trials and unexpected events, but he honorably and steadfastly overcomes all the difficulties and hardships that come his way, and bravely opposes fate.
