Modern is an original, mysterious, and sometimes openly sensual style that dominated the visual arts at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. This artistic phenomenon is associated with many renowned architects, painters, graphic artists, and applied arts masters, but perhaps the most prominent and significant names are Antonio Gaudi, Gustav Klimt, and Alphonse Mucha. This book is dedicated to these three authors, not limiting itself to their creative legacy within the mentioned style, but allowing to trace the gradual emergence of each master, from their earliest works to their mature creations.
