The action of the manga Gunnm takes place in the distant future. The Earth is effectively destroyed in the flames of nuclear war. Most of the inhabitants live in the city of Salem, a fantastic utopia that hangs high in the sky.

But the girl, who has completely lost her memory, suddenly discovers fighting qualities of a true warrior within herself and does not want to live a quiet and peaceful life. Her dream to understand who she is and who she was before becomes a reality, as it is in battles that Gally manages to gradually restore her precious memory...
