Educational Game - Contrasts

Dear adults! The game provides an understanding of words that are opposite in meaning, expands horizons and increases vocabulary, teaches spatial orientation, and develops logical skills and fine motor skills. The puzzle "locks" will help the child to independently check the correctness of their answers. The game is conducted by an adult leader with 1-4 children. Don't forget to praise the child if they correctly matched the cards. Help if difficulties arise. The duration of the game depends on the child's interest and attention span (5-15 minutes). Description of the cards The cards with a yellow frame depict opposite qualities of objects: hot - cold, edible - inedible, white - black, fast - slow. The cards with a pink frame show opposite actions: freeze - warm up, greet - say goodbye, search - hide, pull - push, break - fix. The cards with a green frame show the positions of objects in relation to each other: right - left, front - back, on - under, inside - outside. The cards with a blue frame depict opposite seasons and times of day: winter - summer, day - night. Opposites Lay the cards face up. Take two cards that form a pair, for example, with a bear and a panther. How are they different? (The bear is white, the panther is black.)
