The Mystery of the Missing Cat

Five young detectives come together again during the summer holidays. This time they investigate the mysterious disappearance of a beloved Siamese cat – the pet of Lady Candling, Pippa and Betsy's new neighbor. Policeman A-come-on-get-out-of-the-way and grumpy gardener Mr. Sklocking are ready to accuse the assistant gardener Luke of the theft, but the detectives refuse to believe that this good-natured young man is a thief. So who stole the cat?
