The basis of the collection is the training system of László Polgár. It includes the practice of mating combinations, forced endgames, and other moves, situations, and positions. By playing these exercises, Polgar's daughters Judit, Sofia, and Zsuzsa became outstanding chess players. The book contains over five thousand problems of various types. Many exercises were specially prepared for this collection by grandmaster Pal Benko. Some problems are based on the tournament performances of Polgar's daughters. All exercises are logically structured, and the text will be understandable even for beginners.
