The Psychology of Internal States: Going Beyond the Mind and Achieving Awareness

This work presents an outline of a method developed by A. P. Spirins, aimed at managing internal states and resources. The method is based on a multi-loop model of the subject, which considers internal states as dynamic configurations of bodily, cognitive, emotional, and energetic processes. Key practices in the method are related to attention, breathing, mindfulness, meta-position, and restoring balance.
