Designing Civil Buildings

This book is a textbook for students of architectural and construction universities and contains materials for educational construction design of civil buildings, based on series of standard structural elements and systems used in civil construction. Alongside these, the textbook shows experimental structures developed by leading design institutes and individual foreign firms. The drawings presented in the book are accompanied by explanatory text. Orthographic projections are widely illustrated with general axonometric images. The appendices provide tables of technical and economic indicators. The book is intended for students of architectural, construction, and technological faculties of universities.
