Judy Moore is the daughter of a successful restaurateur from Chicago, used to planning everything and working towards results. Therefore, she arrives in Los Angeles not for vacation, but for a summer internship with the legendary pastry chef Oscar Yang. But on the coast, amid the sound of waves and hot dawns, her strict plans are disrupted by Rick - a daring surfer whose life is all about waves, sun, and complete freedom. Feelings between them ignite rapidly, and their summer, filled with cupcake tasting and surfing lessons, turns out to be like the sweetest and boldest dessert.
