Affirmations of Confidence. Psychological Manuscripts for Children and Teenagers

The idea for these manuscripts was born from a warm scene in the movie "The Help." Imagine a nanny who every evening before bedtime would say simple words together with a little girl: "I am smart. I am beautiful. I am an important person." She wanted the girl to believe in them and grow up with a sense of her own worth. This is because the words we often say about ourselves gradually take root within us.

Thus, we came up with this project.

Here you will find short inspiring phrases. It’s good to take pauses sometimes to listen to yourself and to your feelings about what you have written. You can fill in just a couple of lines and return to the page later. You can do it in order, or you can do it at random. Do it however you like.

Write calmly, don't rush, and remember: what matters here is not perfectly even letters, but that feeling of support and inner strength that will remain with you.
