For twelve years, the author of this book, Iram, also known as Marcel Louis Foran, systematically researched the metaphysical world, more commonly known as the Astral Plane. This book is the result of this research, one of three volumes (the second) of his only published trilogy, "Other Worlds." Judging by the practical material, it can be confidently said that among the authors who have written on the topic of Astral Projection, Iram has no equal in experience.
Astral Projection, in the author's understanding, is not just the 'exit' of consciousness from the body, but a change in the very quality of perception. The author had to describe metaphysical experiences that do not fit into ordinary perception and that can only be conveyed to people without their own experience of such phenomena through analogies.
The author discusses in detail, very thoroughly and scientifically, theoretical questions related to other worlds: about illusion and reality, about the power of thought, and others. Iram analyzes the importance of studying practically the beyond, narrates about splitting as an important method, about the types and ways of splitting.
Thus, in the book, the author thoroughly reveals the essence and practice of astral travel. Iram identifies only three qualitatively different ways of splitting. It can be figuratively said that a person's consciousness is locked in a 'room' from which there are three exits; the nature of the Projection will depend on which exit the consciousness uses.
