The Last Doctor

"The Last Doctor" — an unusual work by Anna Revyakina, opening a new series "Neoroman" by the KPD editorial office, designed for so-called "non-format", "non-narrative" or experimental prose.

However, the depth, problems, and the style of exposition that immediately exposes the essence of things entirely cancel the notorious "novella format"; but the matter is much more interesting and масштабнее — Revyakina employs the latest literary technologies, her own non-linear composition, and the method of hidden, internal narrative not to showcase her seemingly unlimited capabilities, but to create and demonstrate fresh and unusual potentials of contemporary Russian literature.
