Big Workbook. Mathematics in Kindergarten. 5-6 years

The series «Workbooks» is published as part of the educational and methodological kit for the program «FROM BIRTH TO SCHOOL».
This didactic manual presents material for consolidating and expanding mathematical concepts in classes with children aged 5–6 years.
By performing engaging exercises... and tasks offered in the workbook, children will form knowledge of numbers from zero to nine and the composition of numbers from individual units, get acquainted with the concepts of quantity and ordinal counting of objects within the numerical range of the first ten. They will learn to see relative numerical relationships (greater, less, equal), solve simple examples and problems on addition and subtraction, and develop skills in orientation in space and time. They will improve their skills in working with schemes and solving logical problems, forming the abilities to analyze, generalize, compare, reason, make inferences and conclusions.
The systematically selected and illustrated material of the workbook ensures thorough practice of skills, becoming a foundation for mastering new knowledge in subsequent classes, stimulating children's interest in further learning.
