Dysgraphia. Learning to Differentiate Sounds. Grades 1-4

This manual offers a system of corrective exercises to overcome acoustic dysgraphia. This type of writing disorder is often encountered by elementary school students. It is associated with inaccuracies in distinguishing sounds by ear and manifests in the substitution of... letters that represent similar-sounding and pronounced sounds. The manual contains a selection of materials for writing correction that meets the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standards for primary education, the main educational programs in the Russian language, and speech therapy correction programs.
The manual is addressed to speech therapists in special schools of various types, as well as general education schools, elementary school teachers, and parents of children with predispositions to dysgraphia or persistent speech writing disorders. The work with the notebooks can be conducted in group sessions and individually.
