Vran always knew: he was born to become a wolf. He performed numerous rituals, tried all methods, but to no avail. The community looks at him sideways, they have long since lost faith in him, no longer believing in his... hidden wolf nature. But Vran believes. Somewhere in the forest, they say, live the lyuts, half-people-half-wolves – perhaps they will help him transform into the wolf he desires with the strength he craves? How to find them, though... Baya always knew: don't associate with people unnecessarily, don't appear to them in human form, or trouble will come. But she was attracted by a funny young man conducting a ridiculous ritual in the night forest, he amused her. "You will find everything you seek in the forest," as the lyuts say. Yet life among the wolves turns out to be suddenly not a fairy tale at all...
