The «Oracle Macaroni» deck, despite its relative youth (the first edition was released in 2021), is now one of the most popular divination decks in Russia. The authorial oracle by Vladimir Strannikov is a modified and supplemented version of the... classic Lenormand deck, which differs in that the symbolism of the main cards is conveyed through the plot and its characters. The cards are created based on satirical, everyday, and genre engravings from 18th century England, whose particularly extravagant fashionistas received the mocking nickname «Macaroni».
This character—a time marker—became a unifying symbol of the deck, which is named in his honor.
