On that ordinary morning, Bestegül went to the lyceum.
As she left home, she did not yet know that her life would change dramatically. She, as usual, took the subway, reached the last station, but could not get out. Along with her, thirteen other people were trapped under the rubble.
Hunger, thirst, anguish, sorrow, hopelessness, death...
They had to endure a lot, their hearts raced with fear, and death took one after another, leaving deep scars in their souls. And the only thing left was to wait for their rescue from under the debris.
