The long-awaited summer vacation! All the kids are going to the sea, and only Seva stays at home. Feeling hurt by the whole world for the most boring summer, he accidentally finds a Wind that has come to the Ural Mountains from Vetterburg. To Seva, it rather resembles cotton candy with an orange flavor from the park. How can he return his friend home to a country that is even unknown in the Urals?
Will the black magic of the witch from the neighboring street help? Or should he read shamanic spells from museum books? Or maybe the circus magician knows how to travel through magical portals?
