Thinking and Speech

Lev Vygotsky is a classic of domestic psychology. He was the first to begin researching higher psychological functions and created the concept of the "new man". "Thinking and Speech" is a posthumous collection of Vygotsky's works, investigating the causes of the crisis in psychology that arose in the early last century, L.S. Vygotsky found that existing concepts of mental development are based on a mistaken approach, which he called naturalistic. To this viewpoint, Vygotsky opposed his cultural-historical concept of mental development.
