Living Name. A Guide to Chanting with Immersion

Just as the vitality of the physical body depends on five air currents, our practice of chanting the Holy Name flourishes under the influence of five powerful techniques described in "Living Name," opening new frontiers before us and ultimately transforming our heart.
From this book, you will primarily learn how to attune the body, mind, and heart (yojana) and thereby overcome everything that distracts us from practice to achieve complete concentration. In this state, you can begin to chant with a deep sense of connection (sambandha) and thus reach the very essence of the bhakti practice — chanting the Name with the desire to serve (seva). Ultimately, the sadhaka learns to enrich their chanting with the right mood (ivipralambha) and surrender (sharanagati). You can apply these components both sequentially and randomly, resorting to whichever you prefer.
