Polina Pokladok is an art historian, a specialist in Russian architecture of the second half of the 19th century, and a researcher at the Department of Storage of Soviet Graphics at the A.V. Shchusev Museum of Architecture. Polina was at the origin of the creation of the Children's Center in the Museum: over 10 years, she has organized and devised numerous courses on the history of architecture for children and teenagers. This experience helps her explain complicated phenomena in the history of art in simple terms. Polina participates in scientific conferences, gives lectures, and in 2023, the book "What Melnikov Invented," of which Polina is a co-author, received the ARCHITECTURE MOSCOW award in the category of "Best Children's Architectural Publication."
