Twenty-two years ago, in early spring, M. disappeared. My older, perfect sister simply vanished into thin air on her way to work. The police were unable to find any clues or witnesses. All that was left of her was a white silk dress and footprints on the street leading to the road. As it turns out, I was the last person to see my sister that morning.
