Emergency Aid. I Teach Vocabulary Words, Grade 2

"Emergency Aid" is a manual aimed at memorizing vocabulary words. On each page-card, three words are given in a frame on the right side. A letter needs to be inserted. Then, in the meaningful piece of text on the sheet,... on the underlined line, one of the vocabulary words should be inserted. In this process, students train not only in memorizing the vocabulary word but also in reading handwritten letters, the graphic representation of which differs from printed ones.
At the bottom, in a pale color, related words are presented that match the words in the frame. It is necessary to circle the words and insert a letter. Our task was not only to expand the vocabulary but also to teach students to see unverified letters specifically in related words.
The last card contains a group of words (8-11) for assessing the quality of the material learned.
