The first volume is devoted to the fundamentals of digital technology. It discusses the principles of operation and the peculiarities of applying modern logic microcircuits. Examples of practical constructions on microcircuits are given.
Analog technology is presented in the second volume, which describes amplifying devices, electronic tubes, and transistor amplifiers.
Readers will become familiar with circuit technology and the rules for matching digital and analog circuits, descriptions of power supply sources, calculations of elements and transformers, learn how to work with measuring instruments, assembly tools, and become acquainted with the skills of making a board.
Currently, components of foreign production have become more accessible in the market than domestic ones. In this regard, for the convenience of readers, in addition to the existing materials, foreign analogs of most domestic components that are found in both volumes of the book are provided at the end of the "Appendix" section. The book is intended for schoolchildren and beginner radio amateurs.
