The daily journal "6 minutes for children" will help children develop mindfulness, emotional intelligence, positive thinking, and discipline. By reflecting on and recording the events of each day, the child will learn to notice the good, understand their strengths and weaknesses, and develop useful habits.
The journal takes into account the peculiarities of children's age psychology, so the information is presented in a playful format: filling out diary entries alternates with drawing, answering questions, interesting facts, and useful information from psychology.
