Alphabet of Health

"Alphabet of Health" is an original combination of an alphabet for children and a first manual for toddlers on a healthy lifestyle.  At the same time, this children's book has nothing to do with a boring textbook.   It contains: funny... texts and serious advice, various games and interesting tasks.  In the "alphabet," it is explained:  - how to resist colds; - what vitamins, hygiene, hardening, and exercise are; - what is beneficial for the body and what is harmful.  On the pages of this unusual publication, you will also find: - poems about health; - funny nursery rhymes, tongue twisters, and riddles; - developmental games and exercises; - recommendations for adults.  All topics are arranged in alphabetical order ("Appetite," "Running," "Weight," and so on).  And at the end, there are rules for folk active games, examples of health-improving breathing exercises, and tasks for developing fine motor skills of the hands. We hope that our little readers, their parents, and educators will appreciate the book. It is designed for children of junior and middle school age.
