Alphabet of Health

"Alphabet of Health" is an original combination of an alphabet for children and a first manual for toddlers on a healthy lifestyle.  

At the same time, this children's book has nothing to do with a boring textbook.   

It contains: funny texts and serious advice, various games and interesting tasks.  

In the "alphabet," it is explained:  

• - how to resist colds; 
• - what vitamins, hygiene, hardening, and exercise are; 
• - what is beneficial for the body and what is harmful. 

On the pages of this unusual publication, you will also find: 

• - poems about health; 
• - funny nursery rhymes, tongue twisters, and riddles;

• - recommendations for adults. 

All topics are arranged in alphabetical order ("Appetite," "Running," "Weight," and so on).
