This is a fun book for those who read. How to make reading appealing to a child is known by author Beatrice Mazini and artist Guillaume Lons. The translation from French was done by the wonderful Natalia Shakhovskaya. 
Together with children, the author imagined, and the artist illustrated a book of small stories about reading as a very exciting and very necessary activity. The basis of the stories were works by Swiss schoolchildren, who shared why they like to read and provided many examples of how a book can entertain, suggest, inspire, or even lull. And also, while reading, "you can learn to drive a car; you can immediately see which bank has which jam; you can read about princesses, knights, dragons, fairies, or witches; you can help the teacher figure out what is written on the board; you can read a book about all sorts of pranks and set them up for your neighbor who always scolds…"
