Listening to Spanish, reading in Spanish

Educational and methodological manual for the Spanish language. The proposed manual on listening comprehension includes excerpts from works of Spanish writers and brief information about the authors in Spanish; it presents texts containing information about the history and everyday life of Spaniards, as well as materials from Spanish media. The selection of texts follows the didactic principle "from simple to complex." It is recommended to start listening with the texts from the first section. The texts are accompanied by audio material narrated by a native Spanish speaker, as well as lexical commentary and exercises. The lexical commentary in Spanish presents realities unknown to our reader and, as a rule, not reflected in Spanish-Russian dictionaries. The manual is intended for students of secondary schools and schools with in-depth study of the Spanish language, students of language universities, as well as for everyone interested in the language, literature, culture, history, and customs of Spain.
