Alice in Wonderland

The Wonderland that Alice fell into is, at first glance, full of absurdity and eccentricities. However, the world created by the famous English writer and mathematician Lewis Carroll is not chaotic but intricately thought out: it is filled with paradoxical conclusions, logical puzzles, multi-faceted images that trace back to folklore, and parodies of the realities of that time. The story of a girl who fell into a rabbit hole inspired the Italian artist Libico Maraja to create a magnificent series of enchanting illustrations about the curious Alice.
