Conscious Tales. Stories for Children and Their Parents about Emotions, Desires, and Choosing Their Reality

As we age, we come to an understanding, asking ourselves questions: who are we? Why are we in this world? How do we interact with the surrounding reality? To find answers to these questions, we learn to meditate, consult psychologists, and take various courses and practices.
What if we could start learning all of this from childhood? How can we pass on our knowledge about the world and our place in it to our children? Or is it more accurate to say that our children already know all of this, and it is only we, as parents, who impose unnecessary beliefs on them?
This book is about a boy named Hedgehog. He does not get into incredible adventures, nor does he embark on escapades; he lives an ordinary life and mostly faces his inner world and his reactions.
The collection "Conscious Tales" resembles a meditation course. In each new story, Hedgehog, together with his mom and dad, learns how to listen to and hear himself, manage his thoughts, overcome fears, and most importantly — learn to be happy.
