The Science of Winning: Suvorov's Management

The author offers a unique methodology for training leaders based on the principles of the renowned Russian general A.V. Suvorov. Visual accuracy (adequate assessment of the situation), speed and pressure, the ability to accomplish grand tasks with a small group of people, and learning through action are the main principles that allowed Suvorov to win all his battles over 40 years and which are applicable in the behavioral models of modern leaders.
