The author offers a unique methodology for training leaders based on the principles of the renowned Russian general A.V. Suvorov. In his opinion, based on Suvorov's 'Science of Winning', a new management and business culture can be created in the... company that is closely tied to national roots, thus making it more stable and resilient to external influences. Visual accuracy (adequate assessment of the situation), speed and pressure, the ability to accomplish grand tasks with a small group of people, and learning through action are the main principles that allowed Suvorov to win all his battles over 40 years and which are applicable in the behavioral models of modern leaders. The author's conclusions are supported by examples from contemporary Russian business practices.
